We are delighted to announce that Ashburton Delicatessen was officially crowned Devon’s ‘Best Retailer’ at October’s Food & Drink Devon Awards.
Up against 11 leading specialist retailers from across the county, we not only made the shortlist of three, but went on to win the award and be one of just a handful of entrants to scoop a coveted ‘Best’ accolade. Needless to say, we are feeling really quite proud!
Set in the heart of picturesque Ashburton – on the edge of Dartmoor – we are a family-run business, run by chef Robin Hudson. Described as a ‘truly outstanding delicatessen’, the judges were delighted with our ‘warm and friendly’ atmosphere, ‘beautiful and tempting window display’ and quest to ‘push the boundaries with high end unusual products’.
